Ayesha Akram is a Clinical Psychologist and Student Counsellor at FAST-NUCES, Lahore. She holds an MS in Clinical Psychology and has experience working in clinical and academic settings. She works with a range of mental health concerns, including psychological and emotional concerns, academic challenges, and interpersonal difficulties. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualised. Drawing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques, she helps students understand what they are experiencing, identify the factors contributing to their difficulties, and develop ways of coping that are meaningful and practical for them. She provides a supportive and non-judgmental space where students can openly discuss their concerns and work towards greater clarity and well-being.
