The Department of Electrical Engineering at FAST-NUCES Lahore Campus organized an insightful seminar on “Professional Ethics” on October 23, 2026, featuring Dr. Muhammad Zahid, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Riphah International University, Lahore. The session highlighted the importance of ethical decision-making, integrity, accountability, and professional responsibility, providing BSEE students from Batches 2023 and 2024 with valuable insights into ethical engineering practices. The seminar also supported the attainment of PLO-7 (Ethics) under the PEC framework, EC-8 (Ethics) of the IEA, and PEO-2 (Conduct) of the BS Electrical Engineering programme. The seminar concluded with Dr. Omer Saleem, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at FAST-NUCES Lahore Campus, presenting a commemorative shield to Dr. Muhammad Zahid in recognition of his valuable contribution.
