The Department of Civil Engineering, FAST-NUCES Lahore Campus, successfully conducted its 7th Industrial Advisory Board Meeting on October 14, 2026, bringing together esteemed faculty members and distinguished industry professionals. Departmental Members: Dr. Tauqir Ahmed (Head of Department of Civil Engineering), Dr. Shahid Ali (Head of IAB), Dr. Muhammad Umar P.Engg (DQEC Coordinator), Engr. Muhammad Umar Khan Niazi (DQEC Analyst), and Dr. Fahad Haseeb (IAB Coordinator). External Members: Dr. Mansoor Hashmi, Engr. Sohail Kibria, Nazir Ahmad, Engr. Imran Mahmood, Engr. Sadaf Saeed, Dr. Naveed Alam, and Engr. Muhammad Abid. The meeting served as a valuable platform for strengthening academia–industry collaboration, aligning academic practices with evolving industry requirements, and enhancing the quality and relevance of the Civil Engineering program through expert insights, constructive discussions, and professional recommendations.
