Bridging Classroom Learning with Real-World Financial Markets On Thursday, 15 October 2026, BS Financial Technology (BSFT), 5th Semester students of FAST-NUCES Lahore Campus visited the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Lahore, for an enriching industry exposure experience. During the visit, Mr. Naseer Javed, Manager Operations at PSX, introduced students to the fundamentals of stock trading, capital and money markets, the process of buying and selling shares, and the role of PSX in Pakistan’s financial ecosystem. Students also visited brokerage houses to gain firsthand insights into the practical operations of financial markets. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to connect academic knowledge with industry practices, strengthening students’ understanding of the evolving intersection of finance, technology, and investment.
