Industrial Visit to Naveena Denim
Oct. 12, 2026
On 1st October 2026, 19 students from the Organizational Behavior course (BBA C), FAST School of Management, Lahore Campus, visited Naveena Denim for an immersive industry visit. The session introduced students to the company’s business operations and HR practices, followed by a very engaging Q&A. The factory tour gave them a first hand look at how organizations manage processes, people, and challenges in real time. We are grateful to Ms. Shazia Ishfaque (Head HR), Mr. Faisal Yaqub (GM PD), and Mr. Hassaan Noor (Manager Compliance) for generously sharing insights! This was the first day of the visit; the remaining 20 students will continue the learning journey on 8th October 2026. Such exposure helps bridge the gap between theory and practice, allowing students to see how organizational behavior principles play out in the workplace. Special thanks to Naveena Denim - NDL
