Site visit to CBD Walk and Zameen ARX Construction Sites

ICE NUCES organised an educational site visit to CBD Walk-1, CBD Walk-2, and the Zameen ARX site for BS Civil Engineering students at FAST-NUCES Lahore Campus. The visit provided students with firsthand exposure to ongoing construction practices, including deep excavation, deep and shallow foundations, concrete batching, and earth-retention systems, helping bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry practice. A huge thanks to Dr. Summaira Sarfraz, Director FAST-NUCES Lahore Campus, Dr. Tauqir Ahmed, Head of the Civil Engineering Department, and Dr. Muhammad Umar for facilitating and supporting this educational visit.
