Strengthening Outcome-Based Education at FAST-NUCES Lahore Campus! The Department of Electrical Engineering (EE), FAST-NUCES Lahore Campus, organized a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshop titled “OBE Essentials: FLEX Computation and Closing the OBE Cycle using CQI” on September 18, 2026. Conducted by Dr. Omer Saleem (Associate Professor and HoD, EE Department), the workshop focused on the core principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), the relationship between PEOs, PLOs, and CLOs, and the configuration and computation of direct assessment data using the FLEX LMS interface.Faculty members also explored CLO and PLO attainment analysis and learned how to integrate Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) loops into subsequent course iterations, strengthening outcome-based assessment and continuous improvement practices within the department.The session carried 1.0 CPD Point under PEC License No. PEB-P-NUCESL-0022.
