The Department of Sciences and Humanities, FAST–NUCES Lahore Campus, successfully organized a Workshop on “Corpus Tools for Analysis and Research” on October 31, 2025, at the Library Conference Room. The session was conducted by Dr. Jahanzeb Jahan, PhD Linguistics, Lecturer at the University of Education, who introduced participants to various corpus-based analytical tools and their applications in linguistic and data-driven research. With engaging demonstrations and interactive discussions, the workshop provided MS and PhD Linguistics students and faculty members with valuable insights into practical techniques for corpus-assisted studies.The event proved to be an enriching academic experience, bridging theory and practice while emphasizing the growing role of computational tools in modern language research.
