The Electrical Engineering Department of FAST-NUCES, Lahore Campus, organized an industrial visit to NetSol Technologies on October 21, 2025, for the Batch of 2023 Computer Engineering students. The team warmly welcomed the students and began with an engaging introductory presentation that provided insights into the company’s operations, global presence, and the modern facilities available to its employees. The session also covered the hiring process, training and development programs for new recruits, and interview procedures. A major emphasis was placed on the importance of soft skills, effective communication, and leadership qualities—key attributes for professional success. Following the presentation, the students were given a detailed company tour, where they explored various departments, learned about their functions, and experienced NetSol’s collaborative and innovative work environment.
