Career Counseling Society (CCS) successfully organized an engaging and interactive seminar titled “The Art of Corporate Communication” on October 8th, 2025, in the Old Auditorium. The session was conducted by Ms. Mehvish Sultana, Lead of Learning and Development at Tkxel, among many other professional roles.
The seminar began with an insightful talk emphasizing the significance of soft skills and how they play a vital role in shaping professional success. Ms. Mehvish delivered an interactive presentation focusing on effective communication and workplace behavior.
To make the session more engaging, she conducted a listening activity where participants were given five balloons of different colors and asked to burst them whenever they heard the mentioned color during a reading exercise. This creative activity helped students assess their active listening abilities in a fun and practical way.
She further elaborated on the importance of active listening and constructive participation in corporate settings, highlighting how meaningful input helps individuals feel seen and heard in a team environment.
The seminar concluded with an insightful Q/A session followed by a group photo. Ms. Mehvish was presented with a shield by CCS as a token of appreciation.
The event proved to be a highly interactive and valuable learning experience for the students, equipping them with practical communication insights essential for professional growth.
