E-Khidmat Markaz was held on 1st October from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM in the Old Auditorium. Organized by ACM, the event was a workshop conducted by Mr. Mirza Hammad Hussain, Program Manager at PITB, where students were educated about the one-stop centers established across Punjab, which provide citizens with a wide range of government services under one roof in a transparent, efficient, and citizen-friendly manner. Students showed keen interest in learning about digital service delivery models. An interactive Q&A session followed the presentation, during which students asked practical questions regarding the process, eligibility, and accessibility of services. Mr. Hussain addressed queries and encouraged students to utilize these centers for their own needs as well as guide others. He also distributed tokens of appreciation and guaranteed priority treatment for FAST-NU students. The seminar was informative and impactful, equipping students with valuable knowledge about citizen facilitation initiatives and the importance of embracing digital platforms for government services.
