The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) NUCES Student Chapter proudly organized a guest lecture titled as “From Plans to Payments: Understanding Contracts”, featuring our distinguished speaker, Engr. Abdul Mughees Khan (Manager Contracts, IDAP). The session provided students with valuable exposure to FIDIC frameworks, contract lifecycle stages, and the pivotal roles of stakeholders in modern construction projects.
With an engaging discussion and enthusiastic participation, the lecture successfully bridged the gap between academic knowledge and industry practices, inspiring future civil engineers to prepare for real-world challenges.
