Pukaar Community in collaboration with FAST NUCES Lahore arranged a seminar on Emotional Intelligence by a Clinical Physiologist, Fatima Tahir. The seminar was held on 18 May 2022. The team has planned a series of seminars on mental health awareness across the country throughout the year. Only by educating and increasing the awareness about mental disorders and by recognizing them as a real illness, we can prevent the disastrous effects of depression or any other illness.
