Kashmir Solidarity Day at FAST NUCES Lahore

FAST NUCES Lahore observed Day of Solidarity with people of Occupied Kashmir on 30th August 2019 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM as per directives of Government of Pakistan. All the students, faculty members, and admin staff were assembled outside Syed Refaqat Auditorium at 12:00 PM carrying both Pakistani and Kashmiri flags. National anthems of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) played in a show of solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiris. Everyone participated in the National Anthem with full zest and patriotism. Kashmir Solidarity Hour was observed by a Rally within the campus to demonstrate solidarity for the people of Kashmir. The rally was led by Director Campus and senior faculty members along with students and admin staff. The participants were carrying flags of both Pakistan and Azad Kashmir and chanting slogans for freedom of Kashmir. The Rally concluded at 12:30 PM in front of the Director Campus office with a message that said that till our Kashmiris don’t get independence, the people of Pakistan will stand with them. Together we stand and pray for the peace of Kashmir that they truly deserve
