Character Building Society conducted an event "Khud ki Pukaar" in partnership with the Pukaar Community. During the session, the Pukaar Community experts addressed the mental health stigmas and how to deal with them. The event started with a short introduction of CBS by the president, Syed Muhammad Ali Mustafa. He explained what CBS is and what kind of events are conducted by the society. The speakers of the session were Ms. Raheela Tariq, one of the most dedicated members of the Pukaar community as well as FAST-NU, clinical psychologist  Farah Akbar, two other members of the Pukaar community Mateen Husnain, and Zayn Tariq. Good mental health is such an important skill that helps to know what to focus on and how to deal with mental stress. That is the aspect that needs the most encouragement and the other things are secondary.
