In a remarkable achievement, final-year students from the Department of Electrical Engineering at FAST-NUCES Lahore — Ahsan Babar, Maryam Waseem, and Zulal Aziz — secured 1st place in the Student Project Competition at the 7th IEEE International Conference on Energy Conservation and Efficiency (ICECE 2024) held at UET Lahore on March 7, 2024. Their project titled “Cubli - Attitude Control of a Three-Degrees-of-Freedom Self-Balancing Robot” showcased exceptional technical proficiency and a deep understanding of control systems.
