A Two-Day Refresher Training Workshop for Faculty and PEC-approved Program Evaluators (PEVs), organized under the Higher Education Institution's (HEI) Capacity Building Program on Outcome-Based Education/Outcome-Based Assessment (OBE/OBA), was held on September 4–5, 2026, at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore.
The workshop was conducted by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the national pool of experts and enhance faculty understanding of the PEC accreditation process. The two-day program comprised interactive sessions on OBE/OBA in line with the PEC Accreditation Manual-2019, aimed at deepening participants' understanding of accreditation requirements, assessment practices, and quality assurance mechanisms.
Faculty members from the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department actively participated in the training and engaged in all scheduled sessions and activities. The participants included:

All participants attended the sessions and maintained active engagement throughout the training. The training proved to be a valuable opportunity for faculty to review the PEC Accreditation Manual, strengthen their understanding of the accreditation process, and prepare to contribute more effectively as evaluators and educators in the OBE/OBA framework.
