Faculty Training Workshop on OBE Reporting and FLEX-LMS Computations

The Department of Electrical Engineering at FAST NUCES Lahore organized a specialized training workshop for its faculty on March 7, 2025 between 10.00 am – 11.00 am. The session, led by Dr. Omer Saleem (Assoc. Professor, EE Dept.), focused on “Mastering OBE Reporting: FLEX-LMS for Learning Outcome Computation”. The workshop covered essential aspects of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) reporting, including CLO & PLO computations, evaluation reports, course CQI reports, and faculty course reviews. Participants gained hands-on experience with FLEX-LMS, learning how to compute CLO and PLO scores, analyze assessment contributions, and generate key OBE reports for accreditation compliance. This training aimed to enhance faculty proficiency in OBE-based assessment and reporting, ensuring a more structured and data-driven approach to student learning evaluation.
