Dr. Saima Zafar Publishes Research on SoC-Based ECG Classification in IEEE Embedded Systems Letters

We are proud to announce that Prof. Dr. Saima Zafar has co-authored a research paper, “SoC-Based Implementation of 1D Convolutional Neural Network for 3-Channel ECG Arrhythmia Classification via HLS4ML,” published in IEEE Embedded Systems Letters (Jan. 2024). The study explores an efficient SoC-based implementation of a 1D CNN for real-time ECG arrhythmia detection, leveraging HLS4ML for optimized deep learning on embedded systems.
