NMG’s annual Mushaira was a successful event entertrainting the many students of FAST who enjoy Urdu poetry. The event started off with a few of the participants showcasing their poetry talents and after a while we were joined by our Chief Guest, Mr Wajid Ameer, a well- known Urdu poet. There were also two beautiful Ghazl performances which were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, followed by the poetry from the rest of the contestants. The event
ended by a few words of poetry from the faculty and also the beautiful words of our Chief Guest which had the whole crowd cheering for him. In the end, a shield was presented to Mr Wajid and words of appreciation were shared between him and the contestants. The entire event was well managed by our host Ali. NMG’s entire team worked hard to ensure the smooth running of the event and it turned out to be quite great.
