He received his Master of International Business Studies (Marketing) from the University of Miami (FL USA), Master of Business Administration from the International University of Japan (Niigata, Japan. He was a PhD Research Fellow at University of Miami where he completed the course work of PhD. He was an Asian Development Bank Scholar at International University of Japan for his masters degree. He was also a Doctoral Consortium Fellow at the 23rd Frontiers in Service Conference held in Miami. His current research interests include marketing and technology interface, empirical modeling, services marketing, marketing strategy, innovation bandwagons and social media.
