Arslan is an Assistant Professor at School of Management Sciences. He has seven years of experience in project management, human capital and customer service. He is a seasoned professional with experience in the telecom, banking, development sector and higher education in Pakistan and United States. He trained 5000+ personnel at Lahore University of Management Sciences achieving 80% job effectiveness through customized trainings and employee wellness programs before moving to US for higher education.
Arslan interned at United Nations Headquarters, New York where he drafted UNDP’s Recruitment Timeline Report depicting HR’s accomplishments, areas of improvement, adaptability to change, and contribution towards organizational strategy in last five years. He later joined Columbia University as a Consultant to implement technology based projects in academia. Arslan moved back to his home country after fulfilling his academic and professional goals. He joined Punjab Government as a Senior Program Manager and spearheaded technology based development projects at Punjab Information Technology Board. He also received ‘Award of Excellence’ from Punjab Government on city wide implementation of all Projects.
Arslan is an Ivy League graduate with Masters in Organizational Development from Columbia University. He pursued Leadership Development Program from Columbia Business School and also holds an executive coaching certification in Emotional, Social and Cultural Intelligence from Columbia
